Mindaugas Reinikis is an accomplished executive with over two decades of leadership experience across public administration, infrastructure, industry representation, and large-scale development projects.
He has represented the Lithuanian Confederation of Industrialists in Lithuania’s Parliament and Government, led strategic initiatives in the transport and rail sectors, and contributed to national policy discussions shaping Lithuania’s industrial and economic growth.
He has also held senior management positions in national infrastructure and logistics companies, overseeing modernization and restructuring programs that improved operational efficiency and long-term performance. His background combines both public-sector governance and private-sector execution, giving him a broad perspective on economic development and investment strategy.
